She didnt loose hope on me
I have known Deepti Ramchandani for around three years now. I have lost 10 kgs. What helped me the most is that she is very understanding and easy to speak with. I was unable to follow the diet fully, but she was very understanding. This understanding nature of hers led me to bond with her. It's easy to work with her and this inspired me to loose weight.

I lost 10 kgs over a period of 1 year. I exercised regularly, roughly around 3 to 4 days weekly. To keep myself hydrated, I tried to drink more water. I made infused water. I would have nimbu soda or pani between meals and lemon water. I think drinking more helped me a lot. She told me about fillers. How to eat something right when I was hungry besides my meals. This was extremely helpful. This is where i go wrong.
What I should eat when I am outside is something very important. She made me meal plans. What's for breakfast. What's for lunch. What's for dinner. Meals with carb protein and vegetables. I have blood sugar so I couldn't go on a keto diet. I have an old dad and a cook, keeping all this in mind she helped me plan my diet. It's tricky u see but she is good. She helped me make meal plans according to what is cooked in my home. This makes her far more different from other dieticians. She worked with my constrains. "Others will tell u what they want u to eat".
It may be hard for you to make diet meals due to family constraints, but she was always available. Even while her father was in the hospital she made an effort to spare some time to come and see me. I explored the web and understood how to cook with less oil and I understood her philosophy how to combine the carbs protein and vegetables and explored on my own. I would come up with something and ask Deepti whether can I eat this and then she would reply yes. I realised healthy food can be so delicious. It doesn't have to be boring 😊😊. Not that I didn't cheat on some days. The cheating helped me keep the diet. If I didn't cheat then I would binge which is worse.
Some days I would go and get sev puri if I felt low while on some days I will eat a couple of pieces of chocolate. I would make kheer with splenda. I think it's better to use organic stevia. I again put on weight due to medical issues and she is watching over me. I know we will make it again and I will loose weight. I have blood sugar and asthma and obesity issues in family. So my case was not one of the easiest for her to deal with.
It's a sweet journey with Deepti with no sweets, so come on board.
